Sivan Lotan Jewelry offers a custom-made jewelry service, allowing You to request specific designs, materials, engravings, and other unique touches.

Custom-made jewelry orders may be initiated by contacting Sivan Lotan Jewelry via email, phone, or the chat feature on the Website.

The process for custom-made jewelry will be as follows:

Consultation & Design

• During the initial consultation, Sivan Lotan Jewelry will work closely with you to create a design that reflects your vision, discussing details such as design features, materials, and personal preferences.
• Once the design has been discussed, Sivan Lotan Jewelry will provide a detailed description or sketches for your approval.

Any changes requested after final approval of the design may result in additional fees.  

Timeline

• Custom orders typically require an estimated production time of 2-6 weeks (depending on the design complexity), including the design, crafting, and quality assurance processes.
• If You need the item by a specific date, please inform Sivan Lotan Jewelry during the consultation. Rush orders may be subject to additional fees and depend on availability. 

Pricing & Payment

Sivan Lotan Jewelry will provide a price quotation once the design has been finalized. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

• A non-refundable deposit of 10% or $100 (whichever is lower) is required to confirm the order and begin the process.
  
• The remaining balance is due prior to shipment or pickup of the completed item.

Changes & Cancellations

• Changes to the design after production has started may not be possible. If adjustments can be accommodated, additional charges may apply.
• Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun due to their personalized nature.

Returns & Exchanges

• Custom-made items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be returned. Sivan Lotan Jewelry encourages clear and open communication throughout the process to ensure your satisfaction with the final design.
• If You receive a defective custom-made item, please contact us immediately to address the issue.

Shipping & Delivery

• While Sivan Lotan Jewelry will strive to meet agreed delivery dates, shipping times may vary depending on the design and its complexity.
• All custom-made jewelry will be carefully packaged and ready for gifting or personal use.

Care Instructions

• Care instructions specific to your custom piece will be provided to help maintain its quality and longevity.

Design Rights

• All custom designs are the intellectual property of Sivan Lotan Jewelry. By placing an order, you agree that the design, including sketches, prototypes, and the final product, remains the exclusive property of Sivan Lotan Jewelry.
• Unauthorized reproduction or copying of any custom design is strictly prohibited, whether for personal use, commercial purposes, or duplication by a third party.
• Custom pieces are created solely for the Client’s personal enjoyment and are not intended for resale, mass production, or additional uses.
• Any misuse of the final product, including infringement of intellectual property rights, may result in legal action.
