All items are made to order, hand crafted by hand.

The processing time is usually 2-3 weeks, depend on the item.

AI designs & custom orders takes 4-6 weeks to create and ship.

If you have a due date or want to be sure it meets your secesuale, please contact me before purchase.

Shipping:

I offer free worldwide express shipping on all orders!

Items are shipped with insured DHL / FedEx express shipping, 3-5 business days to your doorstep. 

*Some locations I cannot ship to. Please check with me in advance if you are not sure.

Packing:

Your jewelry will be packed securely for shipment.

A receipt will be included which references your order number and other order details.

Your jewelry will come gift-ready in a jewelry box with a gift bag, ready to be gifted.

*You can also upgrade your gift packing at checkout.
